SECTION 1 - Preparing for Your Session
Q: Are travel expenses included in your packages?
A: For sessions within approximately 45 minutes of Sydney CBD, travel is included.
For destinations beyond this radius, travel expenses are quoted individually so that everything remains transparent and tailored to your chosen location.
Q: Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Sydney?
A: Yes. I regularly travel across New South Wales and beyond for sessions.
Destination or regional shoots can be arranged on request, with all travel details quoted individually.
Q: What should I wear to my session?
A: Keep it simple, comfortable, and true to you.
Neutral tones photograph beautifully and allow connection and expression to shine through.
After booking, you’ll receive a short guide with ideas for colour palettes and styling.
Q: Do you help with posing?
A: Absolutely.
My background in movement and choreography means I’ll gently guide you into natural interactions that feel genuine and relaxed.
The focus is connection, not perfection - simply relax and be yourself.
Q: Can I include pets or extended family?
A: Of course! Sessions can include the people (and animals) who matter most to you.
Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan time and composition accordingly.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: If the forecast looks poor, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.
I’ll always guide you toward the best lighting and timing to make the most of natural conditions.
SECTION 2 - After the Session
Q: How long does it take to receive my final photos?
A: Your private online gallery will be ready within 1–2 weeks of your session.
Every image is carefully edited to ensure your collection feels consistent, timeless, and true to the moment.
Q: How does the Hero Print fulfilment work?
A: Your Premium Hero Print (90 × 60 cm) from The Signature Session is custom-produced after your final image selection and personal approval.
Each order is reviewed and processed manually to ensure the highest quality.
Please allow up to 7 days for preparation before your artwork is sent to Fantastic Framing for printing and delivery.
Q: Can I order additional prints or framed pieces later?
A: Your online gallery is designed for preview and download only. Once your final Hero image for The Signature Session has been selected and approved, I’ll make your full-size print-ready file and a curated social-media set available for download for 30 days.
These images are yours to print and share personally as you wish.
Q: How long will my online gallery stay active?
A: Your gallery remains active for 30 days after delivery.
You’ll receive a reminder before it expires so you can download or order any additional pieces.
SECTION 3 - Professional Care & Image Use
Q: Do you offer digital images?
A: Yes. All sessions include edited digital images delivered via your private Pixieset gallery.
You may download, print, and share them for personal use.
Q: What is the Digital Image License?
A: Digital images are licensed for personal use only.
You may print, share, or post on personal social media (credit appreciated). Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Q: Are you insured and cleared to work with children?
A: Yes. Connections Photography holds current Public Liability Insurance (certificate available on request) and a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
These ensure full professional compliance for sessions involving families, schools, or public venues.
Q: Can I share my photos on social media?
A: Absolutely, I love seeing your images out in the world.
A credit to Connections Photography is always appreciated.
Q: Can I get the unedited or RAW files?
A: No. Unedited RAW files are not released.
Each delivered image is hand-edited to ensure the highest professional quality and to reflect the consistent artistic style that defines my work.
